Description

The Neighbourhood Small Grants (NSG) program helps residents of any age, experience, or background take part in building community. Why are we doing this? Because magic happens when neighbours connect—even if we must be physically apart. It forms friendships, makes our communities safer and more vibrant. We have helped make communities in British Columbia stronger, safer, and more welcoming since 1999.

Eligibility

Each NSG community accepts applications on a different timeline. Find out which NSG community you belong to for the most up-to-date information here.

Funding

We offer a small grant of up to $500 for you to bring your community project to life.

Application Period

Most communities open for application in March and early April. Some communities open for applications in the fall. Please visit the Neighbourhood Small Grants website to find out what community you belong to, and their exact deadlines.
