Psychological Health and Safety Certificate for People Leaders
BC Municipal Safety AssociationThe Psychological Health and Safety Certificate for People Leaders will be held virtually through ZOOM on the following days:
Day 1 June 6 - Psychological Health and Safety in Your Workplace
Day 2 June 13 - Be a Psychologically Safe Leader
Day 3 June 20 - Enhance Your Emotional Intelligence & Resilience
Day 4 June 27 - Managing Mental Health Issues in Your Workplace
The Certificate must be complete in sequential order by the same cohort and each student must complete all 4 courses to receive a certificate. If a student misses a course, they will need to wait to enroll into another session and will not receive a certificate until that missing course is completed.
Live, interactive, virtual sessions with a My Workplace Health Senior PH&S Specialist.
Learning Objective
To provide people leaders with skills to champion workplace psychological health and safety, improve civility and respect, and manage employee mental health issues. Participants will also work to enhance their own emotional intelligence, resilience, and leadership
