What You Receive

Custom Built Registration Forms
  • We build online forms designed to meet your specific needs.
  • Forms are branded with your logo, and your colours. In some cases, we can even make your form look exactly like your website. 
Secure Online Payments
  • On your behalf, we process secure, encrypted transactions. MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
  • We gladly offer support over the phone if your delegates experience any difficulty paying online.
Real-Time Reports
  • Organizers receive online access to comprehensive real-time registration reports and payment information.
  • Delegates receive instant and automatic email and on-screen confirmation when their registration has been successfully received.
  • Credit card receipts are delivered to delegates on screen and by email.


Remittance to Event Organizers

Event organizers receive payment from CivicInfo BC, less our fees, via cheque or electronic transfer.  A final and detailed summary of all transactions is also provided to organizers at that time.
