Sep 26, 2018Earliest date upon which the collector of taxes for a municipality must forward a notice to the registrar of land titles that a parcel of land sold for taxes was not redeemed at the end of its redemption period, assuming that the parcel of land was sold on the first day of the tax sale in 2017 (September 25, 2017).
