The only way to pay for your booth is on-line using Visa or Mastercard.
Acceptance:
To be accepted as an Exhibitor, registration and payment must be completed online. Early Bird rate will be available until January 25, 2020. To book your booth, please complete the form below. Payment by credit card required to complete registration. You will be able to make changes to name tags and order additional meal and event tickets in the Exhibitor portal.

Refund Policy:
To be accepted as an Exhibitor, on-line registration must be completed and payment received by CAMA by January 25, 2020 to receive the Early Bird rate. Priority in booth selection is based on receipt of payment. On-line payment is the only way to secure the booth.
  • If an Exhibitor withdraws from its commitment, an administration fee of $75.00 will be charged for the cancellation, if notification of withdrawal is given in writing on or before January 31, 2020
  • If an Exhibitor withdraws from its commitment, an administration fee of $500 will be charged for the cancellation, if notification of withdrawal is given in writing on or before February 28, 2020.
  • The full fee will be charged if notification of withdrawal is given after this date.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for any additional meal/event tickets or name tags purchased.

Instructions

  1. Through this form, exhibitors may register, request name badges, and exhibitors may request tickets for meals and events.
  2. An exhibitor name badge is required for each representative at your booth, and exhibitors are limited to a maximum of five (5) people in the booth space. Your name badge allows you to attend all conference sessions, however if a session is full, delegates have priority seating.
  3. Complete the entire on-line form. Fields marked with * are required. Once the form is complete, click the "Register" button at the bottom of this page.
  4. After clicking “Register”, your registration will be confirmed and accepted by e-mail. You will be directed to the payment site. Payment for your booth can be made by Mastercard or Visa. Booth is considered registered upon receipt of payment.
