Abstract:
This report documents a strategy for the TNRD to connect residents and businesses that do not have broadband service at the CRTC Universal Service Objective of 50/10Mbps. The project assesses the existing state of connectivity within the Regional District, identifies the service providers operating in the area, defines the gap between the current state and a fully connected TNRD and then provides a path forward to improve connectivity in
the region along with high-level budgetary costs associated there with.
