Two (2) complete original printed copies and one (1) complete digital copy on a USB drive in PDF format of the Proposal in a sealed envelope clearly and plainly marked “RFP-2019-05 ISINTOK DAM OUTLET PIPE REPLACEMENT” may be hand delivered, couriered or mailed and must be received prior to the Closing Date and Time. Faxed or emailed copies will not be accepted.
Proposals received after the Closing Date and Time will not be considered and Proposals will not be opened in public.
