Cottonwood Park Construction
The City of Coquitlam (“City”) requests proposals from qualified, experienced companies to provide Cottonwood Park Construction at:
The Intersection of Cottonwood Street and Aspen Street, Coquitlam, British Columbia.
Supply and installation of a new community park, including the following major items:
- Demolition of park, road, and residential features.
- Earthworks, including cut, fill, removals and import.
- All required civil Infrastructure works and tie-ins.
- Electrical works.
- Washroom Building and Cedar Shelter.
- Splash Park
- Youth Plaza
- Vehicular Loaded and Pedestrian grade walkways and stairs.
- Parking lot and associated grading, drainage and crosswalk.
- Planting of Trees, Shrubs, sod and seed.
- Installation of an irrigation system.

Non-Mandatory Site Visit

Proponents are to meet at the intersection on the sidewalk.

Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right of negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
