The City of Dawson Creek invites applications for a part-time (15 hours per week) Climbing Wall Lead. Reporting to the Parks, Arenas, and Aquatics Manager or their designate, the Climbing Wall Lead is responsible for managing the climbing wall at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre. The shifts will vary and will be scheduled Monday through Sunday.
Requirements:
- Minimum 19 years of age.
- Climbing Wall Instructor Level 1 certification.
- Minimum 1-year climbing wall experience.
- Compliance with and approval of Security/Reliability Clearance and Criminal Record Search.
The ideal candidate possesses the capacity to perform all duties in a safe manner while fostering positive relationships with both the public and fellow staff. Please include copies of any relevant certification with your application.
