Property Management Manager

As the Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for branch level leadership, direction, and management of a group of staff charged with maximizing the return on city buildings, lands, and other real estate assets through the development of strategic plans, the negotiation and drafting of agreements regarding city real estate assets, and the pragmatic and efficient administration of all agreements and documents relating to city real estate resources.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a diploma in real estate and you have a professional designation in a property management related discipline. You have at least 5 years of related experience. You are a proven influential leader with excellent communication, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and build strong working relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
