The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proposals from qualified firms for the provision of:
Phase 1 - removal of existing landscape materials and water proof membrane, demolition of concrete retaining walls, concrete remediation within the parkade and decks, new flower bed retaining walls, new waterproof membrane, expansion joints, electrical kiosk and associated conduit, upgrades to drainage system, addition of potable water sources;
Phase 2 - landscape finishes, shade canopy, seat steps, additional staircase, entertainment upgrades, miscellaneous sports and lounge equipment, flagpoles, furniture, lighting, addition of tabletop pedestrian crossing, and landscaping.

Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.Proposals will not be opened in public.
