Request for Proposals
The Town of Sidney is seeking the services of a consultant or team of consultants to undertake a comprehensive review and update of the Town’s 2007 Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaw No. 1920.
The project will involve a comprehensive update to background, objective and policy, building character and design guidelines sections of the OCP and will include a robust, inclusive public and stakeholder engagement component that validates policy directions, community character and priorities to inform and shape the community over the next 20 years.
Accordingly, the Town is seeking proposals from consultants with proven inter-disciplinary experience in master planning, urban design, community and stakeholder consultation, land use regulation and bylaw preparation to assist the Town of Sidney in generating a new OCP that will inform and engage the community and be a guide for Council in their future decision making.Please see the project RFP at the link below for more detailed information:
