Exempt Staff Compensation Review

District of Squamish

The District of Squamish is inviting proposals to conduct a total compensation review for the District of Squamish exempt staff. The successful proponent will review current District exempt staff salaries and benefits, determine market comparators, and prepare a report of findings and adjustments for presentation to Council.  Additionally, the report will make recommendations on developing policy for compensation reviews and recommend best practices to stay competitive with total compensation to assist the District with financial planning.

This is NOT a tender call.  Any proposals submitted pursuant to this RFP shall not be offers to contract for the provision of any of the services outlined herein, but shall only be used to identify a preferred proponent with whom the District may negotiate a contract for the provision of the services.
