Eli Mina Consulting

Eli Mina, M.Sc., P.R.P., is a Vancouver based meeting mentor, professional Chair, and Board effectiveness consultant. Eli holds the designation of a Registered Parliamentarian and completed a 210 hour dispute resolution program at B.C.'s Justice Institute.

Since 1984, Eli has advised his clients on building better decision making bodies, chairing contentious meetings, preventing and dealing with disputes and boardroom problems, demystifying and humanizing the rules of order, and minute taking standards. His clients come from municipal government, school boards, first nations, credit unions, regulatory bodies, businesses, and the non-profit sector.

Eli Mina has published five books, and his website includes an archive of many articles on shared decision making, making meetings work, rules of order - demystified, minute taking standards, and communicating under pressure.
