Transportation Investment Corporation (TI Corp) was established under the Transportation Investment Act. TI Corp became a subsidiary of B.C. Transportation Finance Authority (BCTFA) on April 1, 2018, with a mandate to provide enhanced oversight, management and delivery of three major capital transportation projects: the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project, the Broadway Subway Project and the Kicking Horse Canyon Project – Phase 4.
