Canadian Public Sector Lean Summit

City of Fredericton

April 23 - 25, 2018
Fredericton, NB

Welcome Message from the Conference Co-Chairs

On behalf of the Host Committee, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2018 Canadian Lean Summit in Fredericton, Atlantic Canada’s Riverfront Capital sitting along the trail-lined banks of the splendid St. John River.

The theme of this year’s conference is Innovation and Continuous Improvement. We will begin with an exciting opening keynote speaker, Stuart Knight, a renegade visionary who will talk about The Art of Powerful Conversation. You will then be treated to two full days packed with skillful and enthusiastic presenters from the private and public sectors, sharing their skills and knowledge in continuous improvement practices.

Conference sessions will focus on tools related to Lean Six Sigma and case studies showcasing successes and lessons learned, along with the very popular Rapid Fire presentations from fellow improvement practitioners sharing their stories. Also, back by popular demand is world renowned storyteller and professional speaker Paul Huschilt. Paul will bring the event to a close with a motivational and entertaining closing keynote on the Seven Humour Habits for Workplace Wellness—it’s a high-energy presentation that reinforces your organization’s core values while promoting personal and professional growth.

On Tuesday night, join us for some east coast fun with a lobster-cracking Maritime Kitchen Party. Guests will enjoy great entertainment and a delicious lobster and prime rib dinner.

We are proud of the conference’s growth and its history of selling out. We invite you to use our online registration system and reserve your spot now!

See you in Fredericton.
