  3. After clicking the 'Process Exhibit Application' button, details confirming your registration will be displayed on-screen along with payment instructions. Credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard or AMEX will be accepted. An email confirming details of your exhibit purchase will be sent to your 'Billing Contact'.

  4. Print or save a copy of this confirmation for your records, as no further invoice will be sent

SECTION 1 - Trade Show General Information

Trade Show Hours: Wednesday, September 20 - 10:30am - 5:00pm
Thursday September 21 10:00am - 3:00pm
Exhibit Package Rates: 10'W x 10'L x 8'H Standard Exhibit Package. Multiple packages are at the same rate.

Regular Rate: $2,395 per package
Early Bird Rate: $1,995 per package
(if paid in full on or before April 30th)

Rates do not include GST (5%)
Standard Exhibit Package Includes:
  • Booth Footprint: 10'x10' display space
  • Black Booth Drape: fabric 8' backwall and 3' sidewalls
  • Flooring: light grey carpet (color substitutions available for a charge)
  • Table: One (1) 6' x 2' skirted table (black skirt with white vinyl top)
  • Chair: One (1) black folding chair (additional chairs available for a charge)
  • Exhibitor Badges: Four (4) exhibitor badges per package. Exhibitor badge names may be substituted. (see Exhibitor Manual for more details) Badge access is limited to the Exhibition Hall. NOTE: for full convention access, Delegate Badges are available for purchase starting in July.
  • Printed Trade Show Guide: company listing with contact details (if copy submitted prior to August 1, 2023.
  • Convention Event App: exhibitor profiles, social media and contact details featured in listings
  • 'Explore the Floor' : Delegate traffic generator program. Game card included as part of the Convention Pocket Program provided to each delegate. Grand Prize provided via sponsorship or by UBCM.
  • 'Sip and See Social Hour': networking reception to entice delegates to circulate the trade show floor. Cash bar available.
[NOTE: Standard Exhibit Package does NOT include]
- power/electrical in the booth
- access to convention sessions
- tickets to luncheons or the annual banquet
- tickets to evening networking events
Payment Methods: All payments must be made by credit card. Visa, MasterCard or AMEX accepted. Secure payment will be processed following successful completion of the online Exhibitor Application, and then by clicking the 'Process Exhibit Application' button at the bottom of this page.

For those government organizations wishing to pay by cheque or electronic funds transfer, please contact the Event Administrator listed below for pre-approval and special registration instructions. [NOTE: ONLY government organizations may pay by cheque, no exceptions]

Note: If paying by cheque, your Exhibitor Application is not considered complete until payment is received at UBCM office in Richmond, BC. Starting April 15, 2023 all payments must be received within 30 days of completion of the on-line Exhibitor Application, or booth space selections and/or assignments may be released.

Exhibit Space Planning: Booth selection will be allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. If all booth preferences as indicated in SECTION 3 have already been assigned to another exhibitor, UBCM will assign the next best alternative. UBCM reserves the right to determine the final allocation of exhibit space and any adjustments to the show floor layout.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: For exhibit packages purchased after general registration opens, cancellation with a partial refund (total amount paid less an administration fee of $975) is available. Notification MUST be submitted in writing to [email protected] before May 1, 2023 to qualify. No refunds after this date. Event no-shows are non-refundable. Future show credits will not be issued.
