Registration Deadline:	December 9, 2022 Registration is on a first-come basis and the course may fill before the registration deadline.
Refund Policy:	Refunds will be processed until December 9, 2022 subject to a $50.00 LGMA administration fee. After December 9, 2022 no refunds are provided, however, registration may be transferable to another qualified candidate.

Instructions

1. Ensure you have taken one of the required course pre-requisites (see 'Participant Information' section below). If you do not have the required pre-requisites and are currently working as a CAO, Acting CAO or Deputy CAO you may be eligible for a waiver of the pre-requisites. Please contact Linda Adams.
2. Complete the entire on-line form. Fields marked with * are required. Once the form is complete, click the "Register for MATI ®" button at the bottom of this page.
3. After clicking "Register for MATI ®", your registration will be confirmed.
4. After you have registered, refer to the on-screen instructions for your payment options. Payment is accepted by credit card or cheque.
