Participant Registration

Payment Methods:

Group invoice. To request a group invoice, please email [email protected]. You will be contacted to verify who will be included on the invoice and the invoicing details.

Individuals or groups can pay by VISA or MasterCard.
Payments can be done during online registration or by phoning CivicInfo at 250-383-4898.

(Note that there is no group registration form this year.)

NOTE: Registration fees must be paid in full in advance of the event. Registrations will be cancelled if they are not paid in full by April 14th.

No payments are accepted at the event.

Registration Deadline: April 14, 2023 or earlier if capacity is reached
Refund Policy: Full refunds up to and including April 14th, no refunds after.  Substitutions allowed
