Waste Walk Workshop (Cost: $75)
This introductory workshop will give participants a thorough understanding of waste and the tools to drive it from your organization. By becoming more efficient, we can offer a better customer experience, reduce staff frustration, and become more cost-effective. Participants will receive a copy of the presentation for sharing and further training within their organizations.
Daily Management Workshop (Cost: $75)
Daily Management is a communication tool used by frontline teams to ensure each member understands the goals and expectations, and has a platform to identify what is getting in their way. It gives a base for team collaboration on issues, and a channel for communication with the management team. Following the Plan / Do / Check / Adjust cycle, the visibility boards ensure everyone is aware of the team's status, achievements, and upcoming workflow. This workshop will highlight various Daily Management techniques used by the City of Fredericton, with participants able to mock-up their own routines with input from City staff.
