Early Bird Registration Fee until April 30th: $99 for Members and $119 for Non-Members. 
Registration Fee after April 30th: $119 for Members and $139 for Non-Members.

Payment Methods:

Credit card payment must be made at the time of your registration.

Registration Deadline: May 21, 2021
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be offered for the 2021 AGM & Convention. Session materials will be available online after the event.
Notes: An email with a link to join the virtual session will be sent out a few days before the AGM and Convention.

The link to join will be sent to the email address provided for the delegate who will be attending the AGM and Convention.
