Exhibitor Information
  1. Please complete the entire form. Once the form is complete, click the "Register for Trade Show" button at the bottom of this page. Your registration will be confirmed on screen and by e-mail if you have provided a valid address.
  2. Conference sponsors are given the first opportunity to select spaces, with the remainder allocated by indicated preference on a "first-registered, first-served" basis.
  3. Follow the instructions to pay on-line, or mail a cheque along with a copy of your registration confirmation, to:

  4. In July, an Exhibitor Package will be e-mailed to you. This package will contain your booth space assignment, complete details about the tradeshow, and an order form for additional services.
  5. The price is $1,200 per booth, including admission for two exhibitor delegates. Discounts are available for sponsors.
  6. Refund Policy: Cancellation Fee is $100 + GST.
    No refunds after August 1, 2020.
