Waste Walks give a simple, structured methodology to find inefficiencies and understand what is causing the issues. This introductory workshop will give participants a thorough understanding of waste and the tools to drive it from your organization. By becoming more efficient, we can offer a better customer experience, reduce staff frustration, and become more cost-effective. Participants will receive a copy of the presentation for sharing and further training within their organizations.
