Refund Policy: A 50% refund is available if notification is received more than 10 days prior to the convention. No refund will be provided after April 24, 2018. Substitutions are permitted - conference organizers should be notified ASAP of any required substitutions.

Registration Type and Tuesday May 8th Tours Fees
Full Conference (No Tour) $375
Full Conference with Full Day Innovative Agriculture Tour (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Tour some of the unique Northern Rockies agricultural based businesses and initiatives. This tour will visit the Northern Rockies vermicomposting project at our local landfill, a large successful local farm, and one of Young Livings essential oil processing facilities of the highly sought after Black Spruce Oil. A bag lunch will be provided
Full Conference with Full Day Alaska Highway Experience (7:30am – 5:30pm)
Enjoy some of the sights and stops along the world famous Alaska Highway. This tour will take you up the Alaska Highway with stops at historic and scenic places of interest. The tour will turn around at Mile 496 of the highway but not before you have a chance to soak in the amazing Liard River Hot Springs.
A light breakfast snack will be provided on the bus and lunch will be provided along the way.
If you would like to experience the hot springs, please bring a swimsuit and towel.
Full Conference with Jet Boat Tour (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Hop on board a jet boat to experience some of the amazing northern outdoors. This tour will only be offered if logistics, river and weather conditions permit. In the event of cancellation, participants will be given their choice to sign-up for the Alaska Highway Experience or other tours.
A bag lunch will be provided. Participants are encouraged to dress in warm layers with sturdy shoes
Full Conference with Full Day First Nations Cultural Experience (8:30am - 4:30pm)
Spend some time with members of Fort Nelson First Nation to share and celebrate some of the places and stories significant to their success. Tour their innovative Health and Wellness Centre, Chalo School, Dance Arbor, and others. Share in an opportunity to learn about their plans for the future and how they honour their past.
Full Conference with Half Day Infrastructure Tour (1:00pm - 4:30pm)
Several "designed in the north" infrastructure items are on the agenda for this tour including water and waste water systems, behind the scenes tour of the Northern Rockies Regional Recreation Centre, and some unique mobile equipment solutions.

Electoral Area Director's Rural Roundtable (No Charge)
May 7th from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Roughly 90% of the NCLGA region is "rural", and these areas hold so much of our economic development potential, have internationally recognized environmental value and include some of the most culturally significant places in Canada. Listen in and take notes as rural directors discuss their priorities and perspectives, best practices and identify common opportunities...all in real time! All delegates are welcome to attend. Only Electoral Area Directors will be speaking, although there will be an opportunity following the session to network, ask questions and offer suggestions.
