Hours of Forum: Starting at 10 am Thurs, Dec 7 and wrapping up by 3:30 pm Fri, Dec 8.
This year lunch, dinner, breakfast and another lunch are included in the registration price.
Cost: $400 + GST (includes lunch)
Payment Methods: ONLY Visa and MasterCard payments will be accepted with your online registration.
Registration Deadline: November 30, 2017
Refund Policy: Full refunds up to and including November 30; no refunds after. Substitutions allowed.
Accommodations: Rooms at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport are available at the special rate of $135/night. Delegates must identify themselves as participants attending the CEO Forum to qualify for this rate. To make a room reservation, please call Radisson central reservations at 1-800-333-3333, call the hotel directly at 604-279-8384, or e-mail at reservations@radissonvancouver.com. Reservations must be made no later than Monday November 6, 2017 to qualify for the special rate.
NOTE: Forum is only for Mayors, Chairs and Chiefs.
