Recreation Instructors – Personal Trainer

The City of Coquitlam is seeking enthusiastic, personable, energetic and outgoing fitness professionals to complement our health & wellness team.  These casual positions are responsible for the planning and execution of community based personal training offerings with the City of Coquitlam. This includes client assessments, demonstration and implementation of program designs for varying fitness levels

Requirements – Candidates are required to be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Basic Qualifications 
  • Current BCRPA Fitness Certification registered as a Personal Trainer or equivalent certification / registration accepted by the City of Coquitlam.
  • Current First Aid, CPR C/AED Certification

The range of pay is $26.50-28.00 per hour.

Ongoing casual opportunities are shortlisted and filled on an as-needed basis only.
