 Recreation Clerk

Up to Two Regular Part Time Positions 

Cedar Hill Golf Course is seeking a Recreation Clerk to perform administrative and clerical work, which includes coordinating facility rental bookings, invoicing, routine typing, preparing promotional material, computer data entry, filing, daily deposits and telephone and counter enquiries.  Requirements include: completion of Grade 12 or equivalent including up to one year post-secondary in office administration, basic accounting and graphic design; one year of office experience, including working in a customer service capacity; minimum keyboarding speed of 45 wpm; and a satisfactory Police Information Check. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

The successful candidate(s) will be required to work varying shifts including weekends, up to 18 hours per week (hours/shifts are subject to change).

This is a C.U.P.E.
