Group Music & Art Program Leader for Preschool Ages
The District of West Vancouver Community Services Department is accepting applications for a program leader to teach the following programs on Friday afternoons during the Fall 2018 and Winter 2019 seasons at the West Vancouver Community Centre:
- Little Musicians 2:15 – 3 p.m.
- Music and Art for Tots 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.
- Music and Art for Tots 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
The successful candidates will possess: artistic and musical experience with a variety of mediums and instruments; knowledge of instruction techniques and experience running programs for preschool age children; and the ability to design weekly musical-themed crafts. The instructor must be comfortable running programs with up to 10 children. Formal training in music or the arts is not required but would be considered an asset.
The successful candidate is required to supply a criminal record check and a copy of their credentials.
