Do you enjoy providing clerical support to a team or unit and possess excellent customer service skills? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative yet challenging environment? In this role, you will assist the general public, provide operational and administrative support to the Watches, while exercising strong decision making and problem solving skills, excellent organizational skills, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, and effectively meet individual and team goals.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by PRIME, and CPIC operator’s courses, Livescan, CABS, TEAM.
- Two (2) years sound related experience, preferably in the Police Department.
- Sound knowledge and experience with RCMP policies and procedures, Criminal Code, Provincial Legislation, Municipal Bylaw, Motor Vehicle Act, and Civil/Contract Law.
- An Enhanced RCMP Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain this level of clearance.
