The purpose of this RFEI is to obtain Submissions from parties interested in selling goods from self-contained vehicles on designated City owned properties. For the Street Vending Program Operators.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Submissions and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Respondents in preparing a response.
Submissions will not be opened in public.
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
