The supply of labour, materials, and equipment to upgrade the rural road along Charters to urban cross sections, including a new watermain, sanitary force main, storm drainage upgrades, and electrical streetlighting. The construction of retaining walls, a culvert for Throup Stream, and weir for fish crossing, will be required.
