   Branding and Marketing for City Lands Development on Burke Mountain

 

The City of Coquitlam (the ‘City) is requesting proposals from professional, experienced, qualified firms to develop and implement a new branding and marketing strategy for the City-owned developable lands on Burke Mountain, with focus on the future Village Centre.
 
The successful Proponent will be responsible for research, design, development and deployment of the brand, website and marketing materials. Work will be done in collaboration with the City’s Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Communications, and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) divisions.

Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.
 

Proposals will be received on or before 2:00 pm local time on:
Friday, August 3, 2018

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
 
Proposals will not be opened in public.

The City reserves the right of negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked proponent(s).
 
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
