Flood Risk Assessment

 

The Peace River Regional District is seeking proposals from suitably qualified professionals to undertake a flood risk assessment for the fringe areas of Chetwynd, Moberly Lake and Pouce Coupe/Tomslake areas within the Regional District.
 
A copy of the Request for Proposal document can be viewed on the BC Bid website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
 
Submissions must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (local Time) on July 16, 2018 by the Peace River Regional District at 1981 Alaska Avenue, Dawson Creek V1G 4H8. Proposals should be clearly marked “Flood Risk Assessment Request for Proposal
No. 23-2018”.
 
Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, quality of submission, submitted costs and other factors as outlined in the Request for Proposals.
 
The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted and the Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
