Parking Lot Upgrades


The City of Coquitlam (“City”) requests proposals from qualified, experienced companies to provide Parking Lot Upgrades at the following locations:

a) Como Lake Park – south parking lot 700 block Gatensbury Street
The scope of work for this contract consists of the supply, installation and warranty of all materials and products, including all taxes, necessary permits (except
development and building permits), labour, supervision, equipment, temporary
power, transportation, lighting, plant, and tools related to the construction of the
work as herein specified and shown on the drawings.
 
b) Mundy Park – Hillcrest parking lot 600 block Hillcrest Street
The scope of work for this contract consists of the supply, installation and warranty
of all materials and products, including all taxes, necessary permits (except
development and building permits), labour, supervision, equipment, temporary
power, transportation, lighting, plant, and tools related to the construction of the work as herein specified and shown on the drawings.

Obtaining RFP Documents
RFP Documents are available for downloading from the City of Coquitlam website: www.coquitlam.ca/BidOpportunities
 
Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.
 
Proposals will be received on or before 2:00 pm local time on:
Thursday, July 12, 2018 (Closing date and time)

Addenda
Proponents are required to check the City’s website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date at the following website address: www.coquitlam.ca/BidOpportunities
 
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
 
Proposals will not be opened in public. 
 
The City reserves the right of negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked proponent(s).
 
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
