The City of Coquitlam (“City”) requests proposals from professional, qualified, experienced companies to supply, delivery, install commission and warranty new Fuel Systems and Generators as station within the RFP.

Proponents are to meet with City staff in the parking lot.
Obtaining RFP Documents

Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.
Proposals will be received on or before 2:00 pm local time on:
Wednesday, July 4, 2018 (Closing date and time)
All enquiries regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing 3 business days prior to the closing date, referencing the RFP number and name sent to email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Proponents are required to check the City’s website for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date at the following website address: www.coquitlam.ca/BidOpportunities
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right of negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
