Institute for Performance and Learning
The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL) will hold its 2020 annual conference from November 17-19, 2020 at the Toronto Hilton Hotel in downtown Toronto, ON.

The I4PL 2020 Conference is the premier conference for today’s performance and learning professional. Supporting a growing network of L&D professionals from across the country, I4PL 2020 brings the L&D community together, to learn, share and network. Enjoy 3 full days of leading edge professional development, learning sessions, demos, networking, the latest practices, technologies, and more. Because the Institute for Performance and Learning is a community of specialized L&D professionals, our speaker selection ensures that the conference programming is of the highest quality and presents the latest developments in the field. Should your session be selected, your participation places you in that elite group.

This year’s conference theme is

Connections

In 2020 we are connected to each other and the world outside our door more than ever before. This presents many opportunities to co-discover, co-evolve our thinking in response to the changing world around us, and to co-create how we learn and teach in a global classroom, and leverage the latest technology to achieve the ultimate human feeling of connection. These connection opportunities open new doors that, when approached strategically, can result in better learning experiences, better business results, and business outcomes beyond what was imaginable only a few years ago.
We are seeking dynamic presenters for conference Breakout Sessions (60 minutes) to champion the way in our Connections-themed conference this year. We need educators who bring a blend of theories and best practices, coupled with real-world experience and who can create and facilitate interactive sessions that inspire our performance and learning professionals to think about the application of learning to their own practice.
