Mental Health in the Workplace- How much is it costing you?

Independent Contractors and Businesses Association
If your goal is increased productivity, retention of talent, less sick time/injuries then this is a must. This workshop helps employers and supervisors identify the cost savings when providing a workplace that is healthy.

In 2016, the World Health Organization reported if treatment for mental health wasn’t scaled up, the world would lose 12 billion workdays to depression and anxiety disorders by 2030.

This workshop will allow employers and supervisors to identify the cost savings and increased production that comes with implementing a workplace mental health initiative. There will be an opportunity to develop and implement a plan as a follow up to this workshop.
