Exhibitor Registration

  1. Please complete the entire form. Once the form is complete, click the "Submit Exhibitor Registration" button at the bottom of this page. Your registration will be confirmed on screen and by e-mail if you have provided a valid address.

  2. Follow the instructions to pay on-line, or mail a cheque, along with a copy of your registration confirmation, to:

  3. Approximately 4 weeks before the conference, an Exhibitor Package will be e-mailed to you. This package will contain your booth space assignment and complete details about the tradeshow.

  4. Fees: $800 for Booth Space; $550 per Exhibitor Delegate Pass ($590 After March 16, 2012). Electrical service and wireless high-speed internet is included with the price of your booth.

  5. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $50. No cancellations or refunds after April 27, 2012.
