Acceptance:
To be accepted as an
Exhibitor, registration must be completed online. An invoice will
be issued by email.
Refund
Policy:
Payment must be received by CAMA prior to March 1, 2012. If an Exhibitor withdraws from its commitment, an administration fee of $500 will be charged for the cancellation, if notification of withdrawal is given in writing on or before March 31, 2012. The full fee will be charged if notification of withdrawal is given after this date. No refunds or credits will be given for any additional tickets purchased.

form, exhibitors may register, request name badges, and exhibitors
may request extra tickets for meals and events.
An exhibitor
name badge is required for each representative
at your booth, and exhibitors are limited to a maximum of four (4)
people. Your name badge allows you to attend all conference sessions,
however if a session is full, delegates have priority seating.
