POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Intermediate Accounting Clerk will be responsible for preparing complex bank and general ledger reconciliations. This position will also assist with the preparation of GST and PST returns, and year-end financial statements and supporting schedules. Your attention
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Grade 12 education plus 3 years of recognized accounting program (CPA) or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or related environment;
- Knowledge of the principals, procedures, policies, and regulations of professional accounting practices and PSAB;
- Municipal experience is an asset;
- Experience with Vadim software would be an asset;
- Class 5 Drivers License
