The City of Campbell River is seeking a full-time Programmer.

The rate of pay for this CUPE bargaining unit position is $27.81 per hour based on a 35-hour work week and includes a comprehensive benefits package. What else? The Campbell River Recreation and Culture Department:

Through collaboration and partnerships, you will develop, plan and coordinate a variety of programs focused on people living with special needs and their families. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who has the ability to quickly build relationships with participants, their families, and use a coach approach with staff to provide our participants with opportunities to build social, life and physical skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A two-year Diploma in Recreation, or closely related field
- Two years recent supervisory experience
- Three years recent experience planning, scheduling, marketing, and promoting of community recreation programs and services.
