Requirements include a University degree in a related field with courses in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Administration. Several years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a large unionized work environment, with a strong background in job analysis and evaluation is essential. Demonstrated ability to work with detailed analytical tasks which includes research, collecting and interpreting data and producing reports. Superior written and oral communication skills are a must to effectively communicate rationales during dispute proceedings. The ability to manage, coordinate and deliver multiple projects under tight timelines using planning and organizational skills are key. A commitment in establishing strong collaborative working relationships with clients and co-workers is a must.
