Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right of negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
