Connectivity Infrastructure Strategy
The Peace River Regional District is seeking proposals from suitably qualified Telecommunications Specialist to conduct a regional connectivity needs assessment and develop a comprehensive connectivity infrastructure strategy for the Peace River Regional District.
A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is available on the BC Bid website www.bcbid.bc.ca Search for Document #24-2019.
PROPOSALS clearly marked “Connectivity Infrastructure Strategy RFP #24-2019” will be received by the Peace River Regional District, 1981 Alaska Avenue, Dawson Creek V1G 1P7 until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on November 5, 2019. Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the proponent.
Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining the RFP documents and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect the proposal, before the proposal is submitted.
Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of understanding the project, qualifications, experience, references, completeness of the proposal, price and other factors as determined by the Regional District.
The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
