The District of Kent (the District) is seeking to replace its existing work order and complaint tracking software. The successful proponent will have knowledge in how this software is used in a Municipal setting and will be able to provide a solution which meets the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP), and adds additional functionality that may not have been considered.

The software the District is seeking should be able to perform several key tasks within the workflows of multiple different users. It must be capable of the features listed in the RFP.

There are six users of our current software and others who receive work order emails from the software but do not use it directly. These include two Reception, one Bylaw, two Engineering and one Recreation staff members, as well as two Public Works staff receiving email work orders. Depending on the functionality of the new system we would expect at least a similar number and should always have the capability of adding additional users.
