Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Summerland is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for professional, qualified and experienced individuals or firms for the provision of annual landfill reporting for the Summerland Sanitary Landfill, as prescribed by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy and the Summerland Sanitary Landfill Operations Certificate and Permits that are issued under the Environmental Management Act.

Commencing with the 2018 report, the successful Proponent will provide the services required to prepare and submit the following annual reports for a five-year term: Annual Operations and Monitoring Report for the Summerland Sanitary Landfill; Annual Effluent Discharge Report for the Summerland Sanitary Landfill and Annual Summerland Sanitary Landfill Tracking Report. Annual Groundwater Monitoring Reporting will be completed by others.
