Peace River Regional District
Request for Pre-Qualification
Investment Management Services
The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) intends to pre-qualify Financial Institutions that are interested in providing the PRRD with Investment Management Services. The PRRD is committed to providing its citizens with quality customer service, and we expect this same quality of service from our financial institution. The administrative requirements, terms and conditions stated in this Request for Pre-Qualification are as envisioned by the PRRD at the time of writing, but these may change or be refined in the course of the evaluation and negotiation process.
The PRRD is looking to create a roster of investment partners to provide investment advice and offer investment management services. The PRRD has undertaken this Request for
Pre-Qualification with the intention to possibly enter into an agreement with up to three of the proponents. In an agreement, the PRRD will be contacting these investment partners when there is excess cash available for investment.
A copy of the Request for Pre Qualifications is available on the BC Bid website www.bcbid.bc.ca Search for Document #18-2019.
PROPOSALS must be clearly marked “Investment Management Services RFPQ 18-2019” and are to be received by the Peace River Regional District, 1981 Alaska Avenue, Dawson Creek V1G 1P7 or e-mailed to email@example.com until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on August 20, 2019.
Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the proponent.
Each proponent will be solely responsible for examining all the RFPQ documents, including any addenda issued during the RFPQ period and for independently informing itself with respect to any and all information contained therein, and any and all conditions that may in any way affect their submission.
Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of experience, references, completeness of the proposal, price and other factors as determined by the Regional District.
The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities at its own discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted and the Regional District reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent.
