Northern Rockies Regional Connectivity Strategy
Instructions to Proponents
The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality (NRRM) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified Telecommunications Specialists for the development of a Regional Connectivity Strategy. A final report is to be submitted and presented to Regional Council by January 30, 2020.
All contract documents are available through the NRRM website at www.northernrockies.ca The Proponent is solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their bid. Proposals will be accepted up to 2:00 pm (local time), August 1, 2019. Proposals will be received by Ross Coupé, Corporate Manager, and may be delivered as follows:1. In Person
Deliver DIRECTLY AND ONLY to the following address. The submission being delivered should be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with the Proponent’s name, title of the project and reference number:

2. Email Transmission
Contact the Fort Nelson Notary Public by phone at 250-774-2240 to confirm arrangements. Instructions should be given to place the submission in a sealed envelope, also clearly marked with the Proponent’s name, title of the project and reference number. The Bidder assumes full risk for delivery to, and receipt of the emailed submission by, the Fort Nelson Notary Public.
