The District of Vanderhoof is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of financial audit services for the fiscal years 2019 to 2021 (3 years). The auditor will be appointed by District of Vanderhoof Council on or before August 30, 2019. This Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the basic requirements for annual audit services to be provided by the successful proponent.
The District of Vanderhoof has an annual operating budget of approximately $15 million, with $5 million in capital projects for 2019. The District uses A-MAIS financial software for all financial transactions. The audited financial statements of the District of Vanderhoof along with the Annual Report and the Statement of Financial Information for the year ended December 31, 2018 can be obtained on the District of Vanderhoof website.
Proposals must include costs for all labour, materials, equipment, travel expenses and incidentals (including, but not limited to such items as photocopying, postage and telephone charges) required to complete the audit in full compliance with the provisions and requirements of this RFP document and applicable provincial and federal legislation. Proposals will be accepted until Friday, August 2, 2019 at 3:00 pm Pacific Time.
