2012 Legislative Calendar Purchase - MS Outlook Version

INSTRUCTIONS - Please Read Carefully

To order and import the 2012 CivicInfo BC Legislative Calendar into MS Outlook:

  1. Order the calendar by completing the form below, and proceeding to the checkout. A charge of $25.00 (plus HST) applies.
  2. Once payment has been received, you will be given a link. The link will appear on-screen, and it can also be found on the payment receipt you'll receive by e-mail.
  3. Click the link to download an iCalendar (.ics) version of our Legislative Calendar, and save it to your computer.
  4. Open Outlook.
  5. In your "File" menu, select the "Import and Export".
  6. Select the "Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar (.vcs) file" option.
  7. Select the file you just downloaded as the file to import.
Please note that there are no specific times attached to the items in our calendar. In Outlook, Legislative Calendar entries will be found at the beginning of a given day. To verify that the Legislative Calendar imported properly, we recommend that you view your calendar for January 1, 2012. You should see four (4) Legislative Calendar entries for that day.
